Conference fee covers all conference materials, continental breakfasts, luncheons, and networking reception. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Cancellation
Registrations may be transferred at any time prior to the event. Because of venue commitments and printing deadlines, refunds can be issued only for cancellations received in writing at least 21 days prior to the first day of the event.
